### Is Roomi a Loom alternative?

For showing a product, yes: your client uses it instead of watching a recording of it. For a message to your team, or a walkthrough nobody needs to click, a recording does the job.

### Does Loom show who watched my video?

Loom names a viewer only when they watch while logged in to Loom. Anyone else shows as an anonymous view. Asking viewers who are not logged in for an email before they watch is on Loom’s Business, Business+ AI and Enterprise plans.

### How much does Loom cost, against Roomi?

Loom’s Business plan is $18 a user a month, billed monthly, or $180 a user a year, billed yearly. Roomi Pro is £4 a month, billed monthly, or £40 a year, billed yearly, before VAT.

### Does my client need a Roomi account?

No. Their link takes them straight into the room, with nothing to sign up for. The link is their key, and it carries their name.

### What does Roomi cost?

Free costs nothing: static demos, listed on the community at one public address, with total views. A private link per person and everything each person did start on Pro, at £4 a month or £40 a year, before VAT.

### Do I have to tell a client their visit is recorded?

Yes. Before or when you send the link, tell each viewer who you are and how to reach you about their data. Tell them too that Roomi records what they do in the room and shows it to you. Our terms ask for both.
