Navattic publishes no prices for its paid plans: they are billed yearly and quoted by its sales team. It has a free Starter plan for trying it. If you want a price you can read before a call, Roomi’s is published, billed monthly or yearly. It runs your real build, rather than a captured copy of it. Every line about Navattic is from its own pricing page, with the day it was read. Roomi is ours.

## Where Roomi is different

- Roomi runs your actual build, not a recording, so every button works
- Each viewer gets their own copy of the live app, so nobody breaks it for anyone else
- You deploy it from Claude in one sentence, with nothing to capture or re-record
- Viewers comment on the screen they mean and choose what happens next

### Where Roomi is stronger

- **The real product, not a capture**: Viewers use your running build, back end included, so data, logic and states behave as they do in the product. A capture shows the pages as they were when they were recorded.
- **A copy of the live app for each viewer**: On Roomi, each private link gets its own copy of a live app demo, so one viewer’s clicks and changes never reach another’s.
- **Each named person, not just the account**: Roomi follows every named viewer’s journey and who they passed the link to. Navattic’s Base plan identifies the account.
- **Feedback on the screen**: Roomi viewers pin comments to the exact screen they mean. Navattic doesn’t list comments from viewers.
- **A published monthly price**: Roomi Pro is £4 a month or £40 a year, bought in the app. Navattic’s paid plans are billed yearly, with prices from sales.

### Where Navattic is stronger

- AI voiceovers and avatars to narrate demos
- A/B testing and interest areas on Base
- Integrations with Gong, Salesloft, Outreach and more, with single sign-on and demos on a domain of your own on Growth
- A free Starter plan: one seat, one demo

**Choose Navattic if** you want polished, narrated click-through demos wired into a large sales stack, and an annual contract suits you.

**Choose Roomi if** you want buyers to use the real product, to see each person’s journey, and to pay monthly.

## For letting a client try a working product, ranked

Ranked for one job: a client trying a working product, and you knowing what they did. Roomi is ours.

1. **Roomi** (ours) — your own build, running, at a private link for each person, with nothing to sign up for. You see every visit, click and minute, by name.
2. **Navattic** — best when you want polished, narrated click-through demos wired into a large sales stack, and an annual contract suits you.
3. **A screen recording** — easy to send, but they watch you use it rather than try it. Loom names a viewer only when they watch while logged in to Loom. Anyone else shows as an anonymous view.
4. **Screenshots in a deck** — no setup at all, and nothing to click. A deck tells you, at best, that it was opened.

## Questions

### How much does Navattic cost?

Navattic publishes no prices for its paid plans. Base, with five seats, and Growth, with ten, are billed annually, and Enterprise is priced on request. Figures quoted on other sites are not Navattic’s own, so this page doesn’t repeat them. Ask its sales team for a quote.

### Is Navattic free?

Navattic’s free Starter plan has one seat and one demo, captured as HTML or made from media, with unlimited views and basic analytics. Its paid plans are quoted by its sales team.

### Does Navattic have a plan for startups?

Navattic has a Startup plan for bootstrapped and seed-stage teams of 30 or fewer, priced on request. Roomi has no separate plan: Pro and Team are bought in the app, at the prices on its pricing page.

### Navattic or Storylane?

Both make a guided tour from a capture of your product; on their pricing pages, the difference is mostly plans and price. Storylane’s Starter plan is $40 a month, billed yearly. Navattic publishes no prices for its paid plans. Base, with five seats, and Growth, with ten, are billed annually, and Enterprise is priced on request.

### Do I have to talk to sales to use Roomi?

No. Roomi Pro is £4 a month, billed monthly, or £40 a year, billed yearly, before VAT. You buy it in the app, and cancel it from the billing page there.

### Does my client need a Roomi account?

No. Their link takes them straight into the room, with nothing to sign up for. The link is their key, and it carries their name.

### What does Roomi cost?

Free costs nothing: static demos, listed on the community at one public address, with total views. A private link per person and everything each person did start on Pro, at £4 a month or £40 a year, before VAT.

### Do I have to tell a client their visit is recorded?

Yes. Before or when you send the link, tell each viewer who you are and how to reach you about their data. Tell them too that Roomi records what they do in the room and shows it to you. Our terms ask for both.

### Will I hear when a client comes back?

Yes. Roomi tells you when they come back to the room, so you can call while it’s fresh.

## Fair, and dated
