Supademo or Roomi: which should a small team pay for?
Supademo makes guided demos from screenshots and video, with several free demos and tracking links on its first paid plan. Roomi runs your build on mock data, with a link for each person on its paid plans, none on its free one. Pay for Supademo to capture a product; pay for Roomi to hand over the running thing. Every line about Supademo is from its own pricing page, with the day it was read. Roomi is ours.
Where Roomi is different
- Roomi runs your actual build, not a recording, so every button works
- Each viewer gets their own copy of the live app, so nobody breaks it for anyone else
- You deploy it from Claude in one sentence, with nothing to capture or re-record
- Viewers comment on the screen they mean and choose what happens next

- Feedback and next stepsRoomi viewers pin comments to the screen and choose what happens next; neither is listed for Supademo.
- A pipeline that moves itselfEvery Roomi viewer sits in a stage worked out from what they did.
- Cost for a team£15 a month for three people on Roomi Team; $150 a month on Supademo Scale billed monthly.

For letting a client try a working product, ranked
Ranked for one job: a client trying a working product, and you knowing what they did. Roomi is ours.
- Roomi (ours) — your own build, running, at a private link for each person, with nothing to sign up for. You see every visit, click and minute, by name.
- Supademo — best when you want screenshot demos with tracking links at a low per-creator price, with room to add sandboxes or an AI agent later.
- A screen recording — easy to send, but they watch you use it rather than try it. Loom names a viewer only when they watch while logged in to Loom. Anyone else shows as an anonymous view.
- Screenshots in a deck — no setup at all, and nothing to click. A deck tells you, at best, that it was opened.
Questions

- Which is better for one person?
- If you want several captured demos at no cost, Supademo’s free plan. If you need one working demo in front of named buyers, each on their own link, Roomi Pro.

- Do I have to tell a client their visit is recorded?
- Yes. Before or when you send the link, tell each viewer who you are and how to reach you about their data. Tell them too that Roomi records what they do in the room and shows it to you. Our terms ask for both.
- Will I hear when a client comes back?
- Yes. Roomi tells you when they come back to the room, so you can call while it’s fresh.
